Elijah is a Vice President at StepStone covering private credit, where he conducts investment research and provides advisory investment consulting services to institutional clients. Prior to joining StepStone, Elijah was a public fixed income Senior Researcher at Mercer, a leading institutional investment consulting firm where he was a voting member on credit committees mandated to oversee due diligence and inform solutions for delegated and advisory clients. Before that he was a Fixed Income Consultant at RVK, Inc. Elijah graduated with a BA in Finance with a minor in Economics from Oregon State University and is a CFA Charterholder.
