Amanda Kingsbury
Board Member
Amanda is an Alternatives Investment Officer for the Oregon State Treasury (OST). She is responsible for the oversight and monitoring of existing partnership relationships, evaluating investment proposals, conducting due diligence on prospective investments, and performing industry and portfolio research for the Alternatives Portfolio for the Oregon Public Employees Retirement Fund (OPERF). Prior to joining OST, Ms. Kingsbury worked at RVK, Inc. as an Investment Associate for the firm’s general consulting practice, where she prepared asset allocation studies, asset class structure studies, education presentations, market environment reports, and helped develop the annual commodities and fixed income capital markets assumptions.
Ms. Kingsbury earned an M.B.A. from the University of Portland, and received the “Outstanding Student Award, M.B.A.” for her academic achievements. She previously graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.B.A. in Finance and Spanish from the same institution. She is currently a member of the Finance Advisory Council for the Pamplin School of Business at the University of Portland.
