Ed Flores is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Upside Creative, where he leads the firm’s content strategy and oversees the development of marketing collateral for clients across the financial services industry. He works closely with clients on messaging, positioning, and the creation of written materials designed to support business development and investor communications.

Before launching Upside Creative in 2012, Ed spent six years at Fisher Investments. He began as an Investment Counselor, managing relationships with up to 160 clients and more than $150 million in assets under management. He was later promoted to Client Correspondence Specialist, where he drafted written communications for Investment Counselors, senior leadership, and Ken Fisher directly, while also helping manage the firm’s broader written content efforts. Ed graduated cum laude from Vanderbilt University with a B.A. in Economics and English.
