2022 Oregon Capital Scan

The Oregon Capital Scan has evolved into an important collection of data that is used for understanding the health of the business ecosystem in the state. What began in 2012 as an effort to simply identify ‘gaps’ in the capital ecosystem, has become a  comprehensive collection of data about the sources and destinations of capital for businesses based in Oregon. The research and analysis seek to provide insights into the opportunities and challenges for businesses seeking outside capital through loans, grants, crowdfunding, equity investments, and other programs to grow their firms, employment base, and the Oregon economy.

In particular, the 2022 version of the Capital Scan will be an opportunity to better understand the effects and ramifications of the pandemic on the Oregon capital ecosystem. PAIA is pleased to invite the Oregon investment community to both ask questions and provide valuable input for the new iteration of the study. Please join us to learn more about the local economy and provide your insights to continue to refine the valuable Oregon Capital Scan.
