About the speaker
Christopher Muio is the Managing Director of Data and Research at Madison International Realty, where he leads the firm’s data initiatives and leverages analytics to drive investment insights and strategy. With 15 years of experience in commercial real estate data and analytics, Christopher has worked across a broad range of stakeholders in the industry, helping to shape decision-making with rigorous, data-driven perspectives.
Before joining Madison, Christopher served as Director of Strategic Insights at Ten-X Commercial, where he focused on optimizing KPIs and supporting key business channels with market intelligence. He previously held roles at Auction.com as a Quantitative Associate and at CW Capital as a Research Associate.
Christopher earned a B.S. in Economics with a minor in Classical Civilizations from Duke University. He is passionate about applying technology and analytics to uncover trends in real estate markets and capital flows.
