Bill Woodruff is Co-Founder and CFO of AI Infrastructure Partners (AIIP). He is a seasoned investment executive and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience building and scaling investment businesses. As CFO of AIIP, Bill leads the firm's Accounting, FP&A, Treasury & Cash Management, Risk Management and Human Resources activities, driving its mission to unlock high-value opportunities in the rapidly expanding AI infrastructure sector.
Before AIIP, Bill demonstrated his entrepreneurial spirit as the Founder and CIO of WealthFactor, a wealth technology focused registered investment advisory firm. After merging with Farther Finance, he has been a part of scaling Farther’s AUM from less than $200 million to over $13 billion over three years, serving as Managing Director.
