Event Details

Registration opens at 4:00 PM allowing a short period for networking before hearing from our speaker about the topic on-hand. Afterwards, feel free to stay behind, enjoy a drink and network as we have the space until 6:00 PM.

Speaker

A banking veteran with more than 25 years of lending and management experience, Jamie Shulman is Meriwether Group Capital’s Hero Fund Manager and Founder. Over the years, Jamie has helped founders and business leaders realize their companies’ potential through sound strategy, P&L oversight, and all areas of financial analysis and guidance. Jamie’s experience spans commercial banking, middle-market banking, retail banking and community banking with an emphasis on commercial & industrial and commercial real estate operations. Having spent 35 years in the Seattle and Portland markets, he offers an understanding of the opportunities and hurdles of growing a business in the Pacific Northwest. Jamie’s prior experience includes senior executive roles with multiple financial institutions such as Summit Bank, Northwest Bank, BBVA and US Bank. His Community leadership affiliations include The Oregon, Washington & Idaho Banker Associations, Board Member and Finance Committee Member for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Portland, and long-term active involvement with the Jewish Federation of Greater Portland and the Arlington Club.
