Panelists:

Logan Greer – Senior Director, JLL Capital Markets

Logan is a Senior Director in the Seattle office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas, covering the Seattle and Portland regions. She joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than nine years of experience in commercial real estate. She specializes in office and industrial investment advisory throughout the Pacific Northwest. During her career, she has helped facilitate more than $5 billion in transactions. Logan started at HFF in November 2013. Before that, she worked as an appraiser at McKee & Schalka in Seattle, Washington.

Cara Nolan – Senior Vice President, CBRE

Cara Nolan specializes in industrial properties, including manufacturing and distribution facilities in the Portland Metro area, with more than 15 years of experience in leasing and sales. Cara also represents buyers and sellers of both industrial properties, as well as infill development sites with transactions totaling over $700 million dollars in consideration and over $547 million in just the last five years.

Cara has completed over 12 million square feet of transactions, including over 500,000 square feet for Danner LaCrosse throughout the US, including their Portland headquarters, a 260,000 square foot space for Watumull Properties in NE Portland, 147,000 SF for Owens Corning in Gresham and 130,000 square feet for Cardinal Health. In addition to tenant representation, Cara also represents Prologis on over 600,000 SF of distribution facilities for lease, as well as over 700,000 SF for Invesco in North Portland. Cara has been named as a Power Broker by Costar, Inc. and earned a NAIOP Committee Excellence Award. She is a member of several business organizations, including the Commercial Association of Brokers (where she is past president of the over 600 member organization), ULI (where she is a committee member for the mentorship program within WLI). Cara also served as the first Portland market delegate for the CBRE Women’s Network.

Travis Parrott – Managing Director, Newmark

Travis Parrott serves as a managing director in Newmark’s Portland, Oregon office. Travis brings to his position more than eight years of experience in commercial real estate, with a focus on office leasing throughout the Portland Metro region. In 2018, Travis was awarded the Bill Naito Award, which recognizes the most complex transaction of the year, for his role in negotiating the 139,000-square-foot deal with adidas at Montgomery Park. The deal included office, retail and warehouse components. He was also an integral part of the leasing team on Broadway Tower, the most successful new construction pre-lease project in Portland history. Travis joined Newmark in 2018, after six years as a first vice president at Kidder Mathews. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, he was a touring professional tennis player, winning the US Open mixed doubles title in 2009. His career high ranking was No. 25 in the world in 2009.

Chris Ebersole, CFA – Real Estate Investment Officer, Oregon State Treasury

Chris Ebersole is a Real Estate Investment Officer for Oregon State Treasury where he is responsible for the allocation, oversight and execution of the Oregon Public Employees’ Retirement Fund real estate portfolio with a net asset value of approximately $9 billion. Prior to joining the Oregon real estate team, Chris spent twelve years with SKB, a commercial real estate investment and management firm headquartered in Portland, OR. During his tenure at SKB, he was responsible for the acquisition, asset management and disposition of a diverse portfolio of real estate investments in markets across the U.S. as well as institutional capital relationships with an array of partners. Chris is a CFA charterholder and earned a B.A. degree in Economics and Political Science from Rhodes College.
